History
Viet Xo Vegetable and Fruit Joint Stock Company- Formerly Viet Xo Factory, was built from 1965 and completed in 1976, with the main business work is frozen warehouse service and agricultural production. According to the development of Vietnam with the market economy, on 2002, Viet Xo Factory has equitized to Viet Xo Vegetable & Fruit Joint Stock Company with traditional products: agar, canned food, fresh vegetable distribution and other kinds of agricultural products.
Since 2013, our company has moved to a new position in An Trang Industrial Park, Truong Son Town, An Lao District, Hai Phong City, Vietnam. With the area of 20.000 m2, we have installed a large and modern agar product line with the capacity is up to 100 tons per month, in additions with new office, water treatment systems and infrastructure according to the global standard. This new investment helps us to produce high quality products, that meet the requirement of many large markets over the world.
Viet Xo Vegetable & Fruit Joint Stock Company propose to be the leading enterprise of the country of producing and distributing agricultural products in domestic and foreign countries, especially export to developed countries in the world.
Products
Recently, Agar-agar powder is the main product of Viet Xo. It is one of the best agar brand in Vietnam, with huge consumption in the South of Vietnam. We have already had the official agency in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam. Besides, our agar-agar powder has been exported to other countries such as Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Russia and other countries of Europe, etc.
From the beginning of 2021, we are proud to be the first agar- agar powder producer have got the organic agar-agar powder certificate from the Control Union with or own specialized raw material area. Organic agar-agar powder is a new kind of special product following the general trend of food safety use, which helps to leverage the brand and competition of the Company comparing with other brands in the world.
In addition, the Company is conducting research, testing and marketing foliar and microbiological fertilizers, which are extracted from washing water and seaweed residue during the production of agar powder, with The goal is to bring new effective and safe fertilizer products for plants as well as good impact on the environment.
Certificates
Viet Xo Vegetable and Fruit Joint Stock Company is the first and only firm currently in agar powder industry who own the organic certificate from Control Union for agar powder product. We are also running and developing our own seaweed ponds with organic standard. In additions, we are still following ISO 22000 and Kosher Certificates, which we have applied since 2018.
